A mindful lifestyle builds resilience to support, empower and free us from things that hold us back from connecting to our perfectly imperfect selves. When life pulls us from center, our practice connects us to wholeness and abiding presence. You are not alone in this journey. I will be with you every step of the way. MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS

Private guided meditation sessions with tips on mindful practices to support the nervous system. Each session includes practice tips, a guided meditation, integration and weekly “homework” for establishing your own unique practice.

Reiki (Virtual & In Person)

Reiki energy intuitively goes to the highest good, supporting healing in the body, mind and spirit. Reiki can be received in person or virtually. Each 60 minute session includes: 5-10 Minutes of Sharing/Settling - 40-50 Minute Reiki Session - 5-10 Minutes Grounding/Integration

Reiki energy intuitively goes to the highest good, supporting healing in the body, mind and spirit. People turn to Reiki for a variety of reasons including medical challenges, sleep issues, grief processing and emotional support. Individual experiences vary, but traditional sessions are often described as "deeply restful" or "healing". Reiki is safe for everyone.

Dancing with Dragons Reiki is a powerful and empowering opportunity to deepen the healing process Reiki energy provides. Each session utilizes a therapeutic technique known as clean language to reflect the felt or somatic experience of the client. Opportunities for verbal reflections have powerful implications in the healing process. When our experience is reflected back to us with non-judgement AND wrapped up in loving Reiki energy, the potential to heal ourselves grows exponentially.

Virtual Yin Yoga

This series includes 6 one-hour floor based practice sessions focusing on longer holds, joint mobility, meditation and energetic meridian work. Most practitioners find Yin yoga an important balance to our fast paced "Yang" lifestyle. Yin yoga is also a way to ease into practices like meditation, pranayama and mindfulness. Classes are held Sunday mornings with recorded options.  Yin yoga is an accessible practice for most practitioners.

Slow Flow to Yin

Slow Flow to Yin Merging slow asana, strength, core work and yin poses into a luxurious flow that just feels good.  Each one hour class offers an opportunity for practitioners to notice sensation, flow with breath and settle into stillness. Meditation and breath work are part of each practice.

Mindfulness Based Resilience Training

6 week sessions

As a vocational trainer in the public school system, I watched high school students with extreme challenges transitioning to adulthood with few tools for resilience. Most of them only knew yoga as “tree pose” or a physical practice they “had to do” in gym class. Their association with yoga was often negative because they “could not do the poses” or did not "fit in" physically with their peers. Yoga is for every BODY.
